Noble
Design Management was founded in 1976 by Robin
Noble, A.S.I.D. for the practice of interior design.
The firm has extensive experience in the design and renovation of
a wide variety of commercial, residential and institutional projects.
For the past fifteen years, NDM has specialized in the turn-key
design of multi-family properties. This may include facade
alterations, landscaping, site lighting, complete signage programs,
upgrading of common interior elements (corridors, stairwells, energy
efficient lighting, etc.), design of amenities (fitness center,
club room, etc.), merchandising (model, leasing office), and marketing
materials.
NDM developed this specialty due to the growing complexity of elements
affecting the value and marketability of multi-family properties
and the demands of the marketplace for quality and value in residential
housing. The firm provides a comprehensive, cost-effective
approach that enhances the value and "curb appeal" of
your property. Our forte is the effective design, coordination,
and management of the many technical and aesthetic details affecting
the functioning and character of your community.
The firms' success in this area reflects our concern for satisfying
our client's goals within a framework of carefully considered design
parameters including function, budget, target market, and aesthetic
character. NDM is large enough to provide full service, yet
small enough that each project receives the personal attention of
the principal.
