• 3001 Park Center Apartments:  Consultant and development team member for a 400,000 square foot, $45 million luxury apartment house.  Responsibilities included refining/revising many of the architectural details in the common areas and dwelling unites, all millwork design, redesign of the lighting plans and specs., selection of all interior materials and finishes, selection of exterior finishes, and consulting on graphics, signage, ad landscaping.  the firm was also responsible for the design, procurement, and installation of al interior furnishing selections.
• Park Center Apartments:  Redesign/furnish lobby area.
• Canterbury Square Apartments:  Design/specify finishes for common area.
• Circle Towers Apartments:  Refurbish three lobbies and laundry areas.
